Off to Hurst view in 12 days in new forest with my OH and a lot of friends and family i really cant wait im like a kid around Christmas time i just love camping ive already sorted my camping gear out of the loft and all my camping clothes are in piles sad? or is anyone else like this 12 days before they go? lol

I've made my list about 5 times, does that count? Actually you've inspired me. I've been buying little bits here and there (sure I'm not the only one) and they're all over the house. I best get a move on, only 10 days to go!!!
We went to Hurst View the other weekend just for a quick 2 nighter. It was our first time there and I didn't realise how huge the site was. Booked it as we wanted somewhere in the New Forest which allows campfires.
It was pretty busy there too but we'd definitely go back for longer when the kids are back at school. Off to Cornwall on the 20th and I an getting very excited too. Always do before a camping trip.

Yes you're not far from me! We had a great time at the site. We had no idea how large it was though as we normally go to small sites so we were a little bit overwhelmed at first. Shame we could only stay for only 2 nights. Hope to go back early Sept for a longer stay.
only 10 days now i love Hurst view camp sight :) i have 4 different lists and that's only for me and the OH lol and i keep reading over them and checking i haven't forgot anything (which i probably have) hope we get good weather too :)

We go on the 20th, have packed, all the camping gear out in the dining room ready. top box will be packed at the weekend, and the boot will be packed next Friday afternoon. Have just been weighing out the dogs dried food into bags for the week, and charging things up. Got a list so dont forget anything. Have just been checking the weather. Daughter and her hubby coming also with the kids, she ready like us.
Kids on a sleeps left countdown.

2013 Nothing as yet , trying to get new boyfriend to go camping soon. Selling Maritisa 700 , so we can put it towards a VW Camper.
Were going on the 23rd and im on a sleeps left countdown too lol and im 22 haha i was brought up with camping holidays and just love them cant wait hope u have an amazing holiday and take plenty of pics :)

Amazing family weekend with old steam engines, classic car displays, market stalls, and full catering and bar. And camping on site - Save £25 by booking in advance.
