Great introduction and yes it seems that all camping trips start from small beginnings. Our story is not too dissimilar to yours. We started with a small tent, a few odds and sods and a small Ka. Tent got bigger, stuff got more. Larger Car. Next step is a trailer. I try to blame my OH, when she suggests additional kit, but I have to admit that, kit at first I thought was over the top, can't do without these days. Things like tent carpet, portable loo, etc, etc. The list goes on and still growing. But its still always happy camping..
