Having read about the company on here I was a little concerned but went ahead and bought my new tent online.
It was fine and delivered very quickly. We went camping in it over BH but the little Out well doormat was missing. I emailed after returning home expecting nothing after some of the awful things that have happened to some of you. To my surprise I had an email the next day apologising and yesterday the mat arrived.
Well done Go Outdoors so hopefully everyone will get their stuff sorted out too.

i have only had one sort of gripe with them and that was that when i went into one of their stores looking to buy a fridge (not cheap item to purchase)they had the dometic combicool 1200 for 90 quid so i waited two weeks until i had the money and drove twenty miles to the store and they had put the price up to 150 quid in just under two weeks when i challenged them about it they said well its due to the vat increase well im no mathematition but 60 pounds is a bit more than a 2.5% rise in the price so i thought sod it and went else where and purchased the item for 140 pounds from a different shop.but on the whole they are a fairly good store and the home delivery service is very prompt.
Amazing family weekend with old steam engines, classic car displays, market stalls, and full catering and bar. And camping on site - Save £25 by booking in advance.
