No more excuses for sausage and beans - unless of course that's what you want to eat

Taken a step into the unknown with a full blown caravan. Done the towing course and packed him up. Now to the Weigh Bridge, before going on my first actual trip!

Two lobsters and half a dozen scallops...For the cost of that single meal you should be able to eat for a week using more realistically priced products...It would be more useful if he used simple ingredients to cook on a limited budget...Doesn't require the skills of a cordon bleu chef to boil lobsters and fry scallops. Even I can do it.

Lobsters arent that bad if you buy them off the man with the boat. I saw some in Staithes changing hand for 2 for a a tenner! Not bad really if your doing something special. The were also selling extremely fresh makeral for a very good price too.

I suppose they were just proving a point that you can cook 'real food' and not resort to tins and BBQ fodder all the time when camping and, in the words of my mother-in-law "roughing-it"
