Off in the morning - 2 nights in Cardiff in our tent (plus hook-up, plus electric blanket, plus fan heater ...).
Weather looks better in Cardiff than here in south London - will still need to dig out the snow and ice in front of the car to get it down the driveway!
Forecast for Cardiff on Tuesday is 20 degrees higher than it was here on Friday night!!

We have a week off work and need to test tent ... Got it oct and it hasn't been out of the bag yet ! Just cross fingers for decent weather and we will need to find a site nearby with EHU any suggestions kat ?
Well, if you want relatively local, there's Pillaton if they're opening up again.... last year it was £20 per night with a minimum of 2 nights for a pitch with EHU, relatively flat pitches on the whole, we quite like it there and it's only 20 minutes from home. Not much in the way of facilities though. Or there's Wolverley, but not sure whether you're in the C&CC as that's a club site. We really liked it on there. We went to Hopley's at Bewdley and whilst it's a lovely area and a nice site, the pitches were sloping to the extent the next day at work, we both felt as though we were falling off our chairs! Plus we were unlucky as there was a group in the non-electric bit that were partying all through the night - very loudly. And I do mean, all night.... think it was about 5am before they stopped They left next morning thankfully but it did put us off returning. Depends how far you want to go, but I'd also recommend Northam Farm in Brean, not exactly local, but a lovely site with fantastic facilities.

not yet and forgot to phone the site today as trying to sort my MOT out as car failed on new items that weren't previously in the MOT
As OH is paying for that one and has already booked the dates off at work I'm not going to change the date we go but may need to be a site change if they're booked up.
Amazing family weekend with old steam engines, classic car displays, market stalls, and full catering and bar. And camping on site - Save £25 by booking in advance.
