There are quite a few regulars going for the diamond jubilee week, we arrive on the 1st June for ten days and i know quite a few UKCS members will be there.
Got mine booked going today just local for a couple of nights to try new tent out its gonna be cold but so looking forward to finish work and getting the tent pitched

I expected it would be very busy, I think we were there at the same time last time we were there Steve, but our paths never crossed - maybe this time. Hope there's going to be a new UKCS board on the new facilities - which are looking very good

I'd love to try fforest fields but with no playground for my 2 DDs I know they'd be bored, not very good swimmers either lol. Maybe in a few years sigh!!

They would not be bored, there are little ponds on the slow running stream that runs through the site where they can paddle and fish for tadpoles and newts.Plenty of other children to play with and lots of lovely countryside to explore.
was so excited as sold my phone and was going to book to camp at blue dolphin nr filey in may for only £20 for 3 nights and hoped to go somewhere local 1 night in april and now my bf just got in touch and the timing belt has snapped on his car and needs a new engine that costs much more than the car did...im still on the sick and skint after an op and was hoping to borrow his car if needed when i go back to work as mine has probs with the starter motor. was wishing for a brill new year but seems the same as the others
just been reading my own post above and seemed so miserable so have booked my little camping trip and will go even if i have to walk lol...something will sort out before then..happy again now with something to look forward to
Have booked mine for the whole season, apart from a couple of sneaky long weekends I may be able to fit in.
Starting 28th April in Cornwall - Brrrr
May/June Bank Holiday in Cotswolds - Adult only site as this will be a busy weekend.
July in Dorset.
Can't wait for the season to begin.
