Having purchased an Outwell WL 7 earlier this year from Newquay Camping Shop, I would just like to thank them for all their help in sorting out the problems I encountered with my WL7, their customer service is second to none. Good communication is key when you have a problem with a product. Outwell were also very helpful, although the Newquay Camping Shop staff deserved the recognition for sorting things out in a speedy manner.

Outwells quality control can be infuriatingly inconsistent,just out of morbid interest what were the problems with your wolfy 7?

I too used them for the first time when buying an Outwell carpet (for my Kampa tent?!) and they were fantastic customer service and also the best prices on the net. Would highly recommend too.
