Does anyone know where I can get a replacement pole for my Royal Bordeaux 4 ZG. The top section of the vertical canopy pole which normally has a 120deg angle has been bent to 90 deg
Tent spares are pretty helpful otherwise contact a royal leisure retailer such as P J Camping

Everything has been said before, but since nobody ever listens we have to keep going back and saying it all over again and again and again
Thanks for the advice. I have got one from tentspares.co.uk for a Bordeaux 6 as no one had any for a 4. I spoke to Unipart Leisure (who now own Royal) and they assured me that the section has the same angle but is longer so I should be able to cut it for fit. Actually bought 2 so that I have another spare!
I have had the opposite problem - need to fix the top section of my Bordeaux 6 ZG pole that was bent in wind a few years ago. Not had any luck in finding one - and then your post pops up saying you managed to get TWO!
Were they readily available from Tentspares or a special order? Also - if not too rude and intrusive - how much was your wallet / purse lightened for the privilege?
By the way, I hope you like your Bordeaux. I think it is a great tent, very airy and light inside even when chucking it down and some really thoughtful design features.
Hi Earl,
They had them available in stock and they were £6 each plus postage.
We think the Bordeaux 4 is great. Canopy pole bent in a gale 3 weeks ago. Tent withstood 6 inches of rain that fell in 48 hours North Yorkshire that week with no leaks!
Regards
Richard
I have just returned from a week away in our bordeaux 6, 2 of the poles took a bashing, could you send me the link to the poles that you purchased as really could do with ordering 2.
