hi all i have just come back from cofton good site for the grand kids now everything is up and running .
I need a bit of advice before contacting dealer about leaky tent last Wednesday we torrential rain I noticed a couple of leaks one on the front left hand corner running down seam come zip had to roll back bathtub ground sheet to stop puddling and other two leaks one both side doors same place seam come zips would i have to use a a seam sealer on this as this is the first time we have used this new tent model outwell vermont l we also noticed the air inside the tent very damp moist had the vents open am I right to assumeing this is condensation should I contact dealer or apply sealer to zips and seams many blick
Re: the damp air in the tent - if as you say you had torrential rain the dampness you experienced could in fact be the rain atomising as it hits the tent fabric. It is a woven fabric after all and therefore will have tiny holes that will allow water molecules through. The thicker and better quality the fabric the less likelihood there is of this happening.

Lots of condenastion about this year. The zip fabric is a susceptible place for leaks especiall if the zip covers have not been Velcroed in place properly. If it was the zip fabric leaking spray it with Fabsil spray
