No frost in the tent last night. Much milder night. Think it was the condensation freezing. Fab weekend away but have had to come home today as I'm not off tomorrow :-(

It's a saying I picked up from my ex MIL/FIL... one was Mancunian, the other had family from North Wales, so a NE expression I think.

Like you feeblecat we were at Solway View too heading home now albeit with a very wet tent. Weather was great along with the views until late last night strong wind and rain. Site is fantastic my boys loved the tree swing . Review to follow.
