I was once working on a festival site when a small, very minor tornado went through on an otherwise still day.
I was on a break sitting in my mate's caravan when it started shaking quite a lot and with a huge bang, the awning was ripped up and wrapped across the top of the 'van. It was torn to shreds!
Across the site, there was about a 12' wide corridor with crushed tents everywhere!
I have never seen anything like it (and if one of you posted this, I probably wouldn't believe it... but it is true!
