We are really stuck at the moment about what to do for the best.

We haven't booked anywhere yet for a couple of reasons.

Firstly, our house is on the market and we may need to be available at the drop of a hat is someone wants to come round and view it. Planning ahead is pretty difficult at the moment for that reason (although we have booked some festivals - we are going to those regardless).

Secondly (like many), the weather is putting us off. We'll be watching "Countryfile" avidly this evening to see what the week ahead holds. If things look favourable, we might venture to Northumberland so we are close at hand if we need to dash home quick!

Maiden voyage of the Coleman Fremont 4 next Tuesday for 3 nights! We're staying near York at 'The Hideaway at Baxby Manor' - it looks lovely, just hope the weather doesn't spoil it too much!

First time camping in nearly 9 years for the OH & I, and our first time with the lil' munchkins, aged 7 & 4 respectively! Just hoping this introduction to the delights of life under 'canvas' doesn't traumatise them too much and become their last!
