So in need of a camping trip I've got a brand new bahia 7 sat in the garage waiting to get out only another 3 weeks to go but it feels like such a long winter season anyone else agree?
Camp all year round to minimise withdrawal symptoms here.

Terrible summer last year then long cold winter. Snow off and on since October up here. Its supposed to warm up this weekend for a few days but OH wants to dig the allotment! Need a camping fix though. Think Ill book for 2 weeks time no matter what
Been off every month bar December since April last year...Off again at the end of this month...Can't wait for it...
Think I need to rein in a bit on the camping front sometimes...as other pastimes/hobbies are suffering...But I have enjoyed every trip away...Even the cold windy ones....

Similar here, jelboy... each month bar January, since our debut in July. Planning on a two nighter at the end of this month, but May is looking a no-go, as we are off for two weeks in Spain (non camping ) mid May.
It seems an age already, since our last trip at Easter, so how these folks can go 3 months or more without camping doesn't bear thinking about!
I feel excited for them!!
Here's to at least a warm dry summer this year... I think there's a lot of folk that have a lot of catching up to do!
I'll be honest...Up until last April...I would normally have done about 5-6 camping trips a year..Not counting w/end fishing trips...Mostly in the spring/summer months..Starting around April...And ending around September...
I have been a bit obsessed with a particular place this past year...And find I'm always thinking of ways to get back there...Sometimes at the expense of other things...And sometimes when I know I should have stayed home and tended to other matters....
But hey ho...I enjoy myself while away...Am hurting no one in the process...And come home chilled and relaxed ready to face what can be a stressful and challenging job sometimes....
Put it this way...I would rather spend my time off camping/fishing somewhere than be stuck with some of the nonsense that goes on round our way at weekends etc...

Life should not be measured by the amount of breaths we take but the moments that take your breath away.
Our last camp was November and we can't wait for our trip to Devon in 4 weeks, we would have been away before now, but OH works long hours and it just hasn't happened so far, but we are both really looking forward to going away :)
Amazing family weekend with old steam engines, classic car displays, market stalls, and full catering and bar. And camping on site - Save £25 by booking in advance.
