I have(just this afternoon) joined the Glamping camp by buying 50 LED solar powered lights for £5:99 from B+M stores...

Don't know if I will have the courage to actually use them..As I had a go at one of my camping buddies 3 weeks ago for buying some and festooning her tent with them???

So don't go telling her I have bought some...........

Too late Jelboy! You have been caught out!!! What's this about lights? Canny see green cheese!! Haha, you know it makes sense and helps identify your tent at night! Particularly useful for returning from the Clachaig on a dark night!!

Torn between the dragonfly and butterfly ones myself butterfly1....But opted for the plain ones as it seemed more "Manly"


Krazy....Going to string them up in the living quarter of my Monty on my main Holiday in Aug....

Don't think I will be allowed to use them at the Squirrel somehow.....

Though 50 flashing solar light strung up under the tarp would create a certain atmosphere.......

Ha ha Jelboy! That's just made my morning! So much for making fun of poor Krazy's tent the other week!

Yes, best to avoid the butterfly ones. The wings tend to snap. I had a set from Homebase but it's not working any more for some reason, so I'm on the lookout for some more.

We put our outside so we can see the tent from the toilet block!!
