Thought I'd give a positive message about Casey Leisure as all too often we are quick to complain.

We ordered an Outwell windscreen lux in mocca last Thursday and delivery stated between 2 - 5 days. Nothing received by midday today nor a confirmation email of despatch. So, gave them a call and was told their website shouldn't have allowed us to order the item as it was out of stock. Not only that but the payment had been processed. We were told we were on her list to call (who knows if that part was true). However she then went on to say they had just received a returned mocca windscreen by someone who had ordered the wrong colour. Without hesitation she said she would take £10 off the price plus remove the £4.95 delivery charge if we wanted the windscreen still. Can't say fairer than that..

I can't fault Casey's. We've bought our tent from there, it was the display model (absolutely nothing wrong with it) and we got a great bargain and extra's thrown in. Andrew was really helpful and we're going back up there this weekend for other bits and bobs :)
