Hello everyone,

Off to Cornwall in August with 2 other families.  We've decided to hire a full size fridge and freezer from the campsite but now we are concerned where they'll go.  It's been suggested they go outside in a gazebo of some sort but first of all we don't have one and second, will this be safe?

What do you all do?

Thanks

Does the campsite not have a designated prep room for the fridge freezers?

Either don't proceed with the hire, find a space in one of your family tents or get a utility tent. The campsite have probably assumed you've already thought of this. The electrics of the two items would need to be kept dry and a gazebo wouldn't suffice.

I have never heard of full sized fridge freezers being hired out for use in tents. Are you sure you are not just renting the use of one in the campsite buildings somewhere?
