I have downsized my car and so will have to buy a trailer
for camping trips.
I could just leave the empty trailer beside the tent but just wondering if any DIY geniuses have found a creative use for their trailer - for example, using it as a kitchen unit.
Yes indeed our Erde trailer is great for storing things in that we don't necessarily need all the time but are useful to have, we also used to store all the bags that the kitchen unit and table/chairs come in.
We have now taken trailer usefulness to the extreme, though, and our new trailer is a 14ft aluminium Linder Sportsman boat with 15hp outboard, so great for both transporting our gear, we just sling a tarp over it for travelling, and for going out fishing, we are at Sands in Gairloch right now, and had six lovely fresh mackerel for our dinner on Friday night courtesy of DH and our son!
Enjoy all the lovely space that your trailer will provide
Jane.

I was pitched next to a family on Friday who turned their trailer over and somehow used it as a BBQ... Not sure how as the metal windbreaker was blocking my view of how exactly they had done it, seemed to work though :-)
