One method of cutting down the work load is to make those things (curries, chilli etc) at home and freeze them. Then they act as extra cooling in the coolbox and by day two and three they are ready to reheat.

Gosh that is a lot of money! I don't spend that much to feed a family of 4 for a week - usually spend about £60 a week on food.
I cook the same sort of foods we would eat at home:

Stew and dumplings
Curry and rice
Chilli con carne
Spaghetti Bolognese
Stir fry
"Roast" dinner
Full English
BBQ
Paella
Stroganoff
Risotto
Fajitas/wraps
Sausage and mash
Baked fish
Cous cous
Steak

And for dessert:
Baked apples
Damper bread filled with jam and cream
Baked bananas with chocolate and rum sauce
Orange muffins
Crepes/pancakes
Deconstructed fruit crumble

Half the fun is trying to work out how to cook the meals when you only have 2 gas burners and a BBQ!
I have cooked all the above using a 2 burner gas stove with my stainless steel steamer and a barrel BBQ.
