I love the idea of the collapsible kettle, mugs, plates, bowls etc. Great space saving idea!. Does anyone use them though?, I'm really concerned the kettle and cups will have a rubbery taste and smell

We have a couple of the bowls, wash bowl and the bucket which are great especially due to how flat they go.

Not sure about the mugs, kettle though.

We have the kettle and it's great! It doesn't smell at all, it's made of silicone, not rubber. Silicone is used in the manufacture of lots of kitchen accessories now: spatulas, spoons, colanders, bowls , washing up bowls, buckets, cake tins etc etc.

If you are not sure, have a sniff next time you are in the supermarket!

I haven't got the Outwell ones but I do have the Asda colander and mixing bowl which I've had for several years now and I wouldn't be without them as they are so handy. I do however like the look of the Outwell stuff.

They did a few years ago when I got mine. I think I've also seen them in Dunelm too
