A couple of months ago we purchased a Vango Samara 600 from JR Leisure after falling in love with it after we saw it on display in the showroom.
Unfortunately we had a couple of technical issues with the tent (I won't go in to detail!), but each time JR Leisure have gone above and beyond to resolve the issues.
After contacting them last week regarding the second issue we experienced (by email late Saturday night), they called me on the Monday morning to say that they were sorry for the issues and that they would replace the tent for us either with the same model, a cheaper/more expensive model with us paying the difference or having the difference refunded. They offered to do this via courier at no cost to us if we knew what we wanted, or said we could go to the store for another look and decide.
Well today we have been down to Leicester and exchanged the Vango Samara 600 for a Vango Asante 500 (Signature Range - steel poles) with additional canopy, paying the slight difference of £30.
We are over the moon and can't thank JR Leisure enough, their service has been second to none and I would highly recommend them. You can purchase tents from loads of different stores, but you don't get that sort of service everywhere without a lot of hassle.

To be fair we probably could have had our money back and looked elsewhere for more choice, but after the service we received we decided to choose our favourite (budget matching!) tent from them.

I also live in Leicester and love JR Leisure...although I send my children to pick up bits that I want otherwise I spend too much money on things that I don't really need 😃

I'm in Stoke so it's only an hour or so from me but worth it for the service!
They sell quite a lot of new 'previous year' models at good prices. They also have a lot of Inflatable tents up on display although we've not got to the inflatable stage yet!
I read some good reviews on their service before we went down, also emailed them to see what they had on display and they had a few we wanted to look at. Turns out we needed their help and we experienced the service we had read such good things about.

Amazing family weekend with old steam engines, classic car displays, market stalls, and full catering and bar. And camping on site - Save £25 by booking in advance.
