We have now sorted the flaw in the fabric, but as we were pitching and packing away we really couldn't work out what to do with the valves. Some beams went up fine, others kept deflating straight away. We played about and got it all up but by fluke rather than understanding what we were doing.
Upon un packing we got the beams to deflate, but then the valve seemed to lock on some and wouldn't let us release any more air. I believe that we should pack it up with the valves in the open position, but again some were, some wouldn't and we could not work out how to turn them....
Any strategies or tips gratefully received. Thanks x

Valves closed to inflate, open to deflate (and store). You can turn them with your fingers or use the locking key the wrong way round, it has a little cut out in it.
