Looking for advice i have had a montana 6 before but looking for next year would you buy palm Coast or montana 6 . We have an average car not much space and not much space. Whats best steel or flex poles any afice my app

metal poles are sturdier than fibreglass poles and very unlikely to break.
When fibreglass poles snap you can get splinters (and they hurt ALOT), you can gaffa tape them together for a temporary repair but to replace you need a full kit which includes poles (which need to be cut to right length with a hacksaw), elastic cord and "needle" to thread the cord through all the poles.
Personally I prefer metal poles and having had a brief encounter with an older Montana 6 that wanted to mimic a hot air balloon when attempting to pitch it I also prefer cotton tents over polyester but appreciate some don't have the space for such luxuries.
