After yesterday's tent excitement and much site exploring, I've booked a two night stay at Summerlands in Salisbury, Wilts.
Super cheap with EHU. If all goes well I will be booking five nights for the summer.
I was initially looking at Camping in the Forest (New Forest) sites, but the price difference was massive and for the sake of a half hour drive, Summerlands seems the best bet.
Would love to go away the Easter weekend but I'm working.
We stayed at a camping in the forest last October and it was very reasonable but that wasn't a bank holiday.
Not been there and am currently looking for a site so have emailed them as their website prices are for 2015 but appear very reasonable, we are staying 8 nights in April so it all adds up!
Our pick at the moment is Backand Beyond near Ringwood.
Amazing family weekend with old steam engines, classic car displays, market stalls, and full catering and bar. And camping on site - Save £25 by booking in advance.
