First time I've posted on here but have regularly looked for advice and enjoyed all the comments and banter.
I've been trying to find somewhere that stock the Outwell Kitchen storer after seeing good reviews about it on here.
Does anyone know if Outwell still make them?
We get all our pots, crockery, cutlery, utensils and coffee paraphanalia in it. We usually get the kettle in as well but the wife packed it last so the kettle didn't fit (don't ask).
I also gave up finding one and went for the andes one. There is a outwell selling page on facebook and they do sometime turn up on there, but I'm quite happy with the one I have now
I love mine - I've tried using boxes and have done away with all but one small one now everything goes into various bags. Bags fit into the car better, have pockets and sections so more organised and don't require such careful packing.
They also open up more fully so you can find things more easily. I used to find I had to empty out the boxes when got to campsite and pack up when left. With a bag you can just store everything in the bag and it's at hand when you need it,
We have something similar from Halfords. It has three sections, the middle being a removable coolbag. However the other two do not have a lid. It does have the pockets all around the edge. Cost £10-12 too.
We were looking for the Outwell Kitchen Storer (MIA) and only found the Andes as a possible replacement, that was until we thought outside the box. So pleased we have ordered another to pack towels, lanterns and other bits of kit.
Amazing family weekend with old steam engines, classic car displays, market stalls, and full catering and bar. And camping on site - Save £25 by booking in advance.
