If your puppy is likely to chew through her regular lead when tethered, you could opt for a tie out cable/tether. Lots to choose from at regular pet stores and here is just one and here is a more heavyweight one.

I think the breed of dog is important to know even as a puppy because size matters, you could have a small breed which are generally not much trouble but can be vocal, larger dogs can be like gentle giants who just want to play, and of course this dictates the type of equipment which might be recommended.

For mine, I just use a large metal screw down anchor point which I slot his lead onto, harness for when he's in the back of the car. Only really have to worry about wildlife and livestock with him, other dogs and people he's fine around although he will avoid the smaller breeds.

Chewing can be a issue with puppies, it exercises their teeth & gums, so maybe a rope which they can chew and destroy might be useful.

Again depending on breed, a coat for the smaller breeds may be useful at keeping them warm, but some old towels for drying them off when wet & poo bags generally suffices. Maybe even taking their favourite blanket that they sleep on maybe useful, but if teething good luck at keeping them off all your camping equipment, if some homes are anything to go by, it could be a very expensive trip.
