I am looking for an awning to hook onto my camper.

I am tending towards the Oztent RV2

I really want the usual, shade, and a place to sleep if and bung some stuff.

However, I do not tolerate PVC at all, so I want a cotton tent. I am also worried, because some tents, e.g. Dubpod, are sprayed with silicone protectors. Any advice?

I also plan to stick my kitchen gear loosely in the boot. I have looked for a slide-kitchenette thingy, but cannot see anything much out there...

Hello solarplexus and welcome to the forum.

You don't say what camper you have but I had an Apache Rimini drive away canvas awning with my Romahome as needed something with the height. So roomy that I used to take it away and just use it as a tent sometimes after I sold the Romahome. Easy to put up but now too heavy for me to use although I still have it.

Sadly they are no longer available and I have looked for something similar to fit my Fiat Doblo high top without much success.
