My eight year old sleeps (badly) right next to me when we go camping as he obviously needs to move around in his bag and can't.

I am thinking of getting him a snooze sleeping pod - are they warm enough?

Or does anyone have an alternative recommendation?

I don't really want to take his quilt as he will kick it off and wake up cold.

Mine often take onesies.
They usually start off in their sleeping bags, but somehow end up, on the sleeping bag, half naked and never cold!

I had a pod type sleeping bag, but it wasn’t the warmest.
I’m a bit of a wriggler, so I now have an xl size sleeping bag that’s very very hot
