Other than commiserations - Ihave some empathy as I'm getting it in my knees but not quite at the stage you seem to be at - I don't have anything to add. Other than, yay, keep going, take the meds, and enjoy what yoy can do. I'm thinking those little fold-up steps/stools might be useful too and fold flat.

Lol! 🤗 Actually we have both! We also own a Raclet Solena trailer tent! Very comfy and warm - we can use our electric blanket when camping in the cooler months. 👍🏻
I have lupus and arthritis in my knees, hands and feet plus back pain, I use a camp bed so no getting up off the floor. Otherwise best tip is to turn onto your side and get up from there.
