We need summer sleeping bags for southern France and hubby is tall.

Depends on how hot its going get - we are doing a serious schlepp through Spain in a few weeks and were advised its VERY hot so we are dumping the normal sleeping bags and using just liners.

Lifeventure do some liners that are pretty solid - we are going to try out the Coolmax ones ins a few weeks time.
