We used two gas stoves, one large pot, one small and our wildo boxes this weekend. The large one was for the boil in the bag ration bags. The small one boiled water for coffee and couscous.

That's always the dream. We can do it if it's just the two of us in the Roomster. Probably with all three of us for a brief trip.




I have a Roomster and can get 2 passengers, two tents and all our gear packed with no box or trailer and no windows obscured. And we eat lots of cooked food, fresh coffee, ice cold wine and beer with a one ring gas stove, kit for cooking on a fire and the Icey Tek. At a squash we could get 3 passengers.

I love my Roomster!

On the official ‘ugly car’ list but SO practical and flexible.

This is very nice kit but it is very expensive

https://www.drifta.eu/ they do have a Euro distributor based in the Czech Republic but they seem to have little in stock currantly

We long camp in our TT, and all our gear is stored in it, so we ended up buying just what we need for weekends and short stays. We store it in Samla boxes (IKEA) and can filter out depending on if we are doing EHU or not, or light camping (porridge pots for breakfast and eating out every other meal). It gives us the freedom to short camp in our tent, rather than haul out the TT. Plus our weekend tent really extends our season because she's a pyramid type tent that is fab in inclement weather.
