Otherwise, hang it out to dry, then shake and brush etc...

Put it on a hard surface (driveway etc), wet with hose, add bio washing liquid to a bucket of hot water, pour over and scrub with new clean brush then hang over washing line and hose until absolutely no suds are left, then leave it to dry.
