Hello,

Can any sunncamp olympic owners advise as to the footprint of this tent and what the minimum pitch size we should be asking for when trying to book in at camp sites?

Many Thanks

Actually it is 27.5 foot by 25.5 foot or as the diagram Kenton has put up thats 8.4 metres by 7.85 metres, I always quote the imperial size though

We have just used our olympic plus , not sure what you mean.  You do mean the inner tent? if so it could be the ties that you attach to the poles or clips not centered properly. Maybe the pitch  , its not always flat, it could add to the problem. Will keep a watch out though.

If anybody has anything better ,we'd be interested!

Hi I am thinking of buying a sunncamp olympic tent (12) man would you recommend them as a brand of tent?
Are the sagging rooms a problem?

Thanks

Hi, Iam a sunncamp olympic plus owner, i had problems with my middle bedrooms last year i ended up folding the inner bit in half and pegging it so it didnt sag in at much.

I wouldnt try velcroing the inner to the outer incase it leaks in, i would be rather inclined to stitch some string to the inner and lightly peg it.  I am selling this tent now as i feel it is a little on the large side and have down sized.
