we have a royal avignon 6+ tunnel tent(fantastic tent, loads of room) the only problem is the ground sheet. it has clips placed at several points round the edges and large black straps attached to the main flysheet at the bottom, we cant seem to get the clips to meet up. resulting in a ground sheet that is short at the front of tent, and loads of surplus at the back!!!. we camped on a slope last year which didnt help. but would love to hear from anyone who has one of these and has managed to master this "krypton factor" of a ground sheet.

thanking you in anticipation of any advice.

Hi to the Spencers, and welcome to the best camping forum on the www.

Can't help with your query, but at least this message will bring your topic back up to the top. I'm fairly certain that some members who frequent this forum have the Avignon, so hopefully one of them will be along to answer your question later today.

this might be a daft suggestion but are you sure that you had it the right way around? or could it have been upside down?

Don't bother with the groundsheet that comes with it, get a large cheap tarp from B&Q and fold it to size. It saves a lot of messing about trying to line the ones that came with it up.
