Hi pudd, there were loads of discussions about theses tents last summer, I don't know how to do the links but if you put "freecamp" or "auckland "in the yellow search button at the top of the page and select tent talk, that should bring them up. General opinion was cheap prices but low quality as I remember. They were selling for about the £60 mark last year if I remember rightly from edirectory.

That said, my 2 sons and their mates bought a 12 berth freecamp tent between 6 of them for £100 off edirectory, weren't too bothered if it didn't last, as they only paid less than £20 each. it stood up to howling gales and  driving rain, non stop for 24 hours last april, and kept them all snug and dry. They have used it for several long weekends and a fortnight stay, and its still going strong. Well worth the £100 .

If it's really cheap and to be used as a starter tent to see if you really like camping before laying out big money, maybe worth risking, as some members were very happy with theirs. Others said they were rubbish.

Bought one of these two years ago as first time campers.
Very basic, no draft excluders or living area ground sheet.
Wasn't weather proofed as we found to our dismay during
those really bad August storms, also, supposedly eight birth we found it a struggle with three adults and three children. Have just upgraded to a vango aspen 700. It's like going from a prefab to a mansion.
