Any views on the Gelert Alaska Tents.

We are thinking of purchasing one and was wondering about the quality etc.

Thank you all for your prompt replys.  It is really appreciated.  This buying a family tent lark is a night mare there is so much to choose from and then you are unsure about the makes etc.

Have 3 Gelerts - Lokon Vario 5, Cadiz 5 & Rocky 2.

Excellent quality tents.

I had a Gelert Colorado.  My only complaint was the zip of the inner. Only used it twice and the zip broke.  I emailed Gelert twice but never had a reply.  Having said that the tent withstood torrential rain that lasted several days and not one drop of water came into the tent.  Perhaps I was just unlucky because a lot of members of this site speak highly of the Gelert tents.
