I second that. I've spent hundreds nigh on thousands with Winfields and whenever I've had a problem with any thing purchased it's always been put right to my satisfaction sooner rather than later.....
We bought a 2006 model vango diablo 600 tent 2 months ago from Mitchells Camping Shop. After about 3 camping trips we noticed 2 holes had appeared on the pegging out points in one of the bedroom pods. I emailed Vango and then returned it to the shop. Later the same day I received a telephone call to return the whole tent and they would replace it all, not just the inner where the problem had occurred. A big thumbs up from me for the aftersales at Vango and Mitchells store
