Maybe if you could tell us where your location is we could help you a little better.

We have the Vango Aspen 700, it is an excellent tent.  If you do a search in the tent forum for aspen 700 you should find lots of reviews.

As netty siad where abouts are you ???  try searching the internet for local dealers and if possible find somewhere that has tents displayed as at least then you get to look in your prospective buy and decide if you really like it or not. Everyone on here has their own favourite tent so what 1 person thinks is fabulous another might not. There are many retailers about most of them a very reputable but beware a few not going to name names here but once you've used the site a few times you will find out who they are not many frame tents are 8 berth but loads of six berth. We have the sunncamp grange (see gallery for images of it) it's massive and will easily accomodate six people in the living area and you can sleep 6 people in it. See what i mean already saying what i think is the best frame tent. Sorry but it is my personal favourite.

Once you give us the area you live in i bet you get loads of replies about the nearest dispays etc.  Happy tent hunting

Hi

have you tried looking at the sunncamp aps 3006+. I know they have stopped making them as of this year but a few dealers still have 2005 models instock. I swear by mine and so will all the other 3006+ owners. This tent is of top quality why they stopped making them is beyond me.

hope you get sorted

You will go a long way to find better canvas than Cabanon. Why not look here:

http://www.cabanon.com/indexgb.htm

The Aruba is a six berth, but you can zip out a side panel and add either a bedroom annexe and inner or a wardrobe / toilet extension.

The Espace 8 is huge - 8 berth - but is heavy and takes some pitching!

Hope you find what you are looking for. As has already been said; tastes in taste are individual and it is a matter of what you like and what suits you best.

Best of luck.

I meant tastes in tents!

hi the cabonon & the relum frame tents are about the best, but are not cheap, direct tents as above do some nice frame tents at decent prices.
