hello all agian thanks for the help so far !

i live in leicestershire and am after a frame tent 6-8 birth !

if any one knows where i can look at some frame tents please let me know !

also are massenger family tents any good ?

They're one of the cheaper frame tents, but still sturdy and will withstand heavy rain and high winds better than most modern synthetic tents.

The only 8 berth frame tent I know of is the Cabanon Espace, but you're talking big money here - even second hand ones on ebay are going for around £500.

I don't know of any camping shops which have a selection of frame tents on display. Best thing I can suggest is that you do a Google search for frame tents and see if you can find a dealer who does have a display, but you may have to travel some distance. Other than that, try the 'camp site search' facility at the top of this page & look for camp sites in your area, then take a drive around them looking for any frame tents pitched on site. If you see one you like I'm sure the owners would be only too pleased to show off their tent to you (we're a vain lot!) - so you get to see one kitted out with equipment, and you'll know how spacious it is

We purchased our Sunncamp Europa 6 frame tent from Camping & General who always have a huge selection of tents including frame tents to choose from.  I'm not sure where you are location wise but C&G are based in Essex although i think they have a website too.

Have alook on Outdoor megastore website they sell easy camp frame tents, the mykonos and kos range of tents sleep 6 to 8
