Ours is all in the basement, that's the two tents, camping table, chairs, kitchen stuff, plates, cups etc etc etc. Try and keep all the camping stuff together and not use it during the year as it'd get lost!
Normally mine lives on two sets of shelves which sit along the corridor to the utility room, with big things like tents on the utility room door. Normally it`s all organised into coolbags (strong and moisture resistant) and neatly grouped according to type. Normally.......
At the moment it`s all sitting in a vast swampy muddle all over the utility room, utility room corridor and the stairs. Hubby and son go to Cub Camp this weekend, I have bought duplicate just about everything to be stored in the new TT next week for the July holiday, I go camping with a friend in two weeks time and hubby is taking the kids camping the same weekend. The organisational system and the system manager have both broken down under the strain of getting the swamp organised. Help!!!
we keep our camping stuff at my mum`s, it`s not a million mile`s away and as she`s has a 3 bed 3 story house she might as well have something in one of the spare room`s.
Tent stays indoors in small toddlers wardrobe to stop it getting damp, and all the rest we have a separate shed with alarm as we keep buying more so needed large shed. All packed and ready to go for next time
