Hi Rick,
The good news is that the only reference I can find is someone who was selling one on here (click here) whom if you could contact may be able to tell you how it erects or provide tips.
The bad news is that when I click on the sellers link it displays another page NOT the sellers member id etc so as you could email them. Try it yourself as it could be my PC but if you have the same issue then you could always ask the site administrators (Webby & Co) to assist as they should have details of who was selling it.
