Hi All! I'm a newbie here and have been lurking this morning reading through posts about ProAction tents. Anyhoo...I haven't bought my tent yet (leaving tomorrow! lol) but was looking at the aforementioned Evasion tent - does anyone know anything about it?

It's only going to be me and my partner so if anyone has any better (pref under £100) ideas I'd be happy to hear them!

Thanks all

Bekki

Hi and welcome to UKCS.

Don't know the Evasion - but I have a River Dome (which I cant see anymore on the website) and it stood up to rather wet and windy conditions when I camped in the garden a few weeks ago.

Just found the Evasion on the website and it looks OK - big enough to be able to sit inside if the weather isn't good, without being too big.

Thanks very much Bernie! I'm going to take a trip to millets tomorrow to see if they have any better ideas - otherwise Argos it is!

Thanks again

Done a search on the Evasion the other day , it was not favourable.

If your budget is £100 for the tent only online is probably your best bet .

Try here

or

Coleman Ridgeline 4

I'm not suggesting that you buy any of these tents highlighted but the prices for brand name tents compared to the world of the unknown that you can get from argos etc

Thanks Heid. It's difficult to know which brands are good and which are not so good! Hey ho, learning curve I guess!
