Well I have to say having phoned Camperlands to ask about a certain model T T I was not impressed at all. I really do not think it bodes well to sl*g off someone elses products. When I said I had a Raclet T T they said they wouldn't touch it.... lol I didn't want a part exchange or anything like that as I am keeping it. (silly cause Trigano is part of the same group as Raclet)

I only called but after that phone call I won't be visiting.............

The saddest thing of all is the T T / F C I was enquiring about I had the money there and then to buy it and would have been there like a flash to look and buy if felt I had the right feed back.

Glad others have had good service though. Maybe I just caught someone on a bad day.

Face to face they've always been excellent, I can't comment on their phone manner though!  Guess I'd better stick to visiting... what a hardship...
