It seems that my tent attracts all sorts of insects crawling on the outside of my tent. All other tents on site seem to be ignored! Any thing i can do to keep the animals away? I have an outwell winfield. Ian

All I can think of is an insect repellant, but check first it wont damage the tent fabric.

or some jam smeared on your neighbours tent!  LOL

i always take the citronella candles for evening time this seems to keep most things at bay and for some reason they dont come back during the day i dont know if insects can still smell the candles after they have gone out but it worked for me for the last two years. i put two outside the tent and one inside on a table

I second the citronella candles - I wonder if some residue of the pong stays in the tent fabric, because we have noticed that insects don't bother us as much during the day too. You can also get gi-normous incense type coils to burn - we hang ours off a lantern pole we got from Tescos last year. At the rate it burns I reckon it is going to last for years!
