I have been looking at the many posts about putting a tarpaulin under the tent groundsheets but still have a question. I have a sunncamp profile xl which has 2 bedrooms at either end with SIG. The living area which is in the middle does has a loose fitting groundsheet and is not SIG. I was going to put a tarpaulin down slightly bigger than the whole tent then tuck up excess tarpaulin inside the tent walls. The only drawback I will have is that I will not be able to peg down the bedroom SIGs or the living area groundsheet. Any advice please is welcome.

Could you get the new piece of tarpaulin and add 'eyelets' at the points where you need to peg the bedrooms and groundsheet?

vango do footprint(fitted)groundsheets that can be used either inside for wet eather protection outside for hard pitches so contact your local sunncamp dealer or have a google to see if sunncamp do a similar product
