I have a Sunncamp Penta tent and the largest main length of pole that supports the longest section of tent has split. I am wondering where I can order a replaement set of poles.
I believe the poles are over 60cm in lenght (maybe 62cm). I have looked on Outdoor Megastore and they have 11 x 59.5cm poles but I would prefer to get correct Sunncamp poles.
also when we had the royal av 5 tunnel tent we had to replace a bent side rib and couldnt get a royal one so opted for a sunncamp one fromhttp://springfieldcamping.co.uk give them a shout ...good luck
The poles Sunncamp have sent me are very thick, I doubt they will bend at all. They are 12.7mm thick, I asked for 11mm ones. I am going to have to send them back and speak to Sunncamp.
Thanks lynles, I have looked on http://www.camperlands.co.uk and I am going to get a set of 9.5mm poles from them. I now need to figure out how to return my poles to Sunncamp. The post sales team is on a training course today so I'll need to wait until tomorrow to talk to them.
