I really must get a life.  Since joining this site I seem to have been joined at the hip to the computer.  Even OH has started to get addicted.

Well here is my stupid question for today!!!

What sort of things do people use EHUs (hope that is right for electric hook up) for.  I am still amazed that you can have electricity in a tent - it's amazing what you can learn on the iternet.

Electric cool boxes.

Electric pump to blow up airbeds (saves a heck of a lot of time and energy).

Electric lights.

Greenhouse heater last week when it got cold in the evening.

Hairdryer.

Mobile phone chargers.

Toaster.

3 way fridge (it runs on gas or electric or 12 volt)

and telly if we take it

portable electric hob / oven

Television (Shhhh)

We use our EHU for the steamer its a great way to cook safer than pans on the hob.  Can cook veg in bottom, chicken in the middle and a pud in the top, its an easy way to cook for five without much effort. try to make holidays as easy as possible but still like a good meal.

No dont take a slow cooker, just because it takes to long to cook and i would never leave anything switched on if we were not in the tent.  It is right though it does become like home but why make it hard if you dont have to
