Its probably easier to make them! You can buy the track from any good camping shop. At least then you get curtains you actually like instead of making do!!!!
If I made a pair of curtains they would probably blow off the track at the first puff of wind as my sewing skills are zilch.
Unfortunately, I would have to contact the tent manufacturer and put up with whatever hidious design they have come up with. Mind. I could always find a nice material and pay some one to make them up for me. Might even work out cheaper than the monstrosities from the manufacturer.
I found some curtains in a charity shop that I adapted for our frame tent, they look ok (even if I do say so myself!) Curtains were only £8.00 and managed to find some that match the colour of the tent.
I bought curtain clips for our Cabanon from our local camping shop (Jacksons of Old Arley), so I would imagine most camping stores would sell them. If you have trouble in obtaining them, contact the manufacturer of your tent & ask if they can supply them.
I had more trouble obtaining the fabric than the clips. There are so few fabric shops around nowadays.
you can buy curtain's at most internet camping shops or ebay You do need to make sure that they are the right clips, though so check before buying

we bought some clips that clip very tightly to the fabric seam and have a hole in which with a bit of imagination can be hung on a cord (along the top of the window) or those little wheeled doodas that run in the plastic track can be put through.
the best thing is you can use a bigger overlap than the originals with more velcro making it less entertaining for the voyeor
