Dampness under the beds is likely to be just condensation, (unless there is a seam in the groundsheet there too, in which case you may have a leaking seam). It is caused by warm moist air meeting cold air/ground. It is best controlled by putting a layer under your airbed AND between airbed and sleeping bag.

The little puddles by the windows maybe just where condensation has collected on the inside of the tent and then run down - the only thing to do is to keep the tent well ventilated to reduce water vapour. The other possible cause is if the tie-loops around the window have not been fully sealed around the stitching and so water is wicking through from outside when it is raining or there is heavy dew on the outside of the tent. Next time you are in the tent and it is raining just feel the loops to see if water is seeping through them. If so, they need to be treated with seam sealant around the stitiching when dry, and this will need 24 hours to dry.

Hope that helps!
