hi we used our suncamp tent for the first time last week and cant figure out the porch bit, we got the main stand up poles and guys sorted (I think) but basically left with 2 spare black poles which dont seem to go anywhere and the porch sags a bit so collects rain

any ideas?

sounds like your guids arnt tight enough on the front, the 2 spare poles are exactly that - spares incase one snaps or splits

try pegging the proch out tight then re-tighten the guys, had the same problem with our sunncamp at first.

the poles are spares, in case you break some - & you will because the stratus 8 don't like strong wind, I camped with a stratus 8 for 5 years & I'd advise you to buy a few more spare poles and a roll of duct tape for reinforcing splintered poles.
