Hallo.....

Has anybody got any good reports regarding Fat Airic self inflating mattresses. We are looking for comfort (no backache). We will be car camping so weight is not a problem.

Regards

Mick Peirson

Hi

We've got them and really like them, I have a problem with my back and they have been great.

They can be a bit slippy and I was thinking of getting some of that rubber stuff you put on tables to stop things sliding about, and making a sleeve over the bit where the body is, I dont think it would take up much room and it would fit flat in the roofbox, just an idea.

I've got a Fat Airic and would recommend it. Used to have an air bed but didn't get on with it, however have had some good nights sleep on the Airic. I find it very comfortable.

Also bought the Wee Airic's for the children and they love them. Used to have air beds for them but they kept rolling off them and waking up cold, however on the Airic they sleep soundly and have yet to fall off them!

Excellent idea. I've found them a bit slippy as well, so last time we "wrapped" the Airics in fleece blankets and slept on top of that, seemed to stop us sliding off!
